We had a new split system put in our house this September. The A/C worked great for the few days where it was used. When I tried to use the heat the other day, it did not work. I called Snow’s, they sent out someone the same day, and he, a very nice person, diagnosed the problem, a leak had occurred. They sent out a repair person a couple of days later who found and repaired the leak, tested the entire system in every room, gave us a tutorial on how to best use the system, and it works!
