Snow’s response to my recent phone call reporting a heating system problem exceeded my expectations. Within a matter of hours of reporting the problem to Richard he dispatched a technician to my house who troubleshot the system, identified the problem, replaced the faulty part, and I received a call back from Richard confirming the matter was resolved.
As a non-resident customer it is critically important that I can count on Snow’s to be there when I need them. I have been a client of Snow’s since 1987. My experience last week reconfirmed why I remain a loyal Snow’s Fuel Service customer.
