Our boiler was slowly failing, without our knowledge. On a Sunday, we had no hot water (from the boiler) in our home. On Monday morning (Presidents Day holiday) I called some other company to work on the furnace. Their answering service took my information and told me I would be getting a call. After a few hours, I called back to check on my request for service. The lady I spoke with told me that I wouldn’t get a return call until Tuesday (!) due to the holiday. Then I called Snow’s Fuel. They arrived by 11 AM and the system was repaired and running in less than an hour. I spoke with 4 people at Snow’s that morning and they were all friendly and focused on getting my heat back on. I highly recommend them for service.
