We have had a faulty gauge on our propane tank. We had not filled the tank in 6 years – evidently people do not use the stove for cooking!!!! I called to find out if there was any way Snows would be able to tell how full the tank was and if we needed to have a delivery. The person I spoke with told me that he was going out into our area and would stop by the cottage and check the tank. This he did and phoned us that the tank was low and probably would need a delivery for this season. He then told us we could call after the summer season and that Snow’s would come out and replace the tank with a new one with a working gauge. This is what I call perfect customer service! We have done business with Snow’s for almost 70 years and have always been happy with your service and promptness!
