I had to call for Snow’s emergency service on a Friday night (following the severe cold temps) because my furnace was not working. They dispatched the call and shortly after, Cameron called and said he’d stop by to check it. I thought maybe the pilot light was out. It turns out the lines were frozen. He quickly had a plan in place, was professional, courteous, efficient and had patience explaining what was going on. In time, the lines thawed, no damage was done and the heat was back on!!!!! Thank you for great service!
