During your annual system tune-up and safety check, we will thoroughly check the unit’s parts, wiring, and electrical connections; lubricate the fan and motor units; and replace air filters covered under the contract. If you have more than one condenser, you will receive a substantial discount on additional contracts. *Please note: Service Plan customers receive first-priority scheduling during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Service provided at times other than normal business hours will be invoiced at our after-hours billing rate minus the contract discount rate. Only Emergency Service will be performed outside of normal working hours. Emergency Service shall be defined as unsafe conditions that could affect health or cause property damage.
