During the epic storm of this winter of 2026 my generator died during the night of February 26 and I was without fuel and heat for several days. Thank the Lord I have a fireplace, dry wood in the house and on my small porch. I was thankful for that. When you tried to make a delivery your driver got stuck in the snow and couldn’t come until the next day. I don’t remember how many times I called you in Orleans and I don’t know how many times I spoke with Karen. She was wonderful and very supportive. She’s a keeper in my book! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sending your Electrician out to get my generator functional again. After the dust had settled and we were all relieved , my son Thomas and I visited your office in Orleans to thank you
