During a recent snowstorm, our vacation home lost power, shutting down our heating system. Power was not scheduled to be restored for several days and overnight temperatures were in the teens so we were concerned the pipes might freeze. We don’t live close by and we’re at a loss for what to do. Because we have been a Snow’s Fuel customer for over 20 years, we called them. Within an hour Snow’s had a tech at the house who was able to check the pipes and shut off the water supply to the furnace. When power was restored, that same tech turned the water supply back on and ensured that the heating was functioning properly. We could not be more pleased with their service.
