As we’re sure you know, Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, has been on everyone’s mind. We would like to assure you that it will not impact our ability to make fuel deliveries and perform service visits. We are here to provide you with all the safety and home comfort that our customers have come to know and expect.
That being said, if you or a family member has knowingly been exposed to Coronavirus, we respectfully ask that you call our office to reschedule your service appointment or fuel delivery. It is our responsibility to ensure that we are taking necessary precautions to prevent further spread of the virus.
Our team is doing its best to follow all protocols recommended by authorities. For the time being, our office will be closed to walk-in customers. In addition, our fuel drivers will not drop tickets at your location. To prevent contamination, we will be emailing tickets to each customer. If you would like to update your email address, please give us a call.
We will have staff in the office to answer phone calls, and our website provides online services that can help you achieve the level of social distancing recommended by experts. Log into your Snow’s account to view statements, pay your bill, and request fuel deliveries as needed.
